You might’ve noticed I was MIA last Sunday but for a good reason! I’ve been working on a special project that I finally get to share with you.

This week, I officially launched my collaboration page with FinlyWealth, a Canadian credit card comparison website that helps you find, compare, and optimize your cards with an interface that actually makes sense.This isn’t a sponsored post but I love FinlyWealth’s mission, their clean user interface, and the fact that they’re local (Vancouver!). Over the past year, I created a concept called “Credit Card Combinations”, which is my take on how to make multiple cards work together for maximum rewards. I even call it my Credit Card Minor series because if I could’ve majored in Canadian credit card strategy, I absolutely would have! After hundreds of messages, DMs, and credit card audits, I’ve finally compiled everything I’ve learned into one guide:

Spoiler: there’s no single “perfect” credit card. Each has strengths and the magic comes from how they complement each other.

And don’t rush to cancel your older cards! Your first card holds valuable credit history — instead, let’s find a smarter way to make it work for you.

Credit cards shouldn’t be intimidating or wasteful because they should work for you. My mission with this series (and FinlyWealth collaboration) is to help Canadians see that you don’t need to chase luxury cards!! You just need to understand the strategy.

Now that I’m not in school anymore… I feel like I don’t read as much anymore. To keep my mind sharper, I’m trying to read more pieces of writing on either growth or personal finance info. 😉

I will be starting a new book this month which you might already know from my 12 Week Year Plan. I haven’t bought the book yet since I wanted to include that in my November budget so I need to RUN to the bookstore. Let me know if you will be reading this book too (since it’s fresh out of the oven and came out last month).

I’ve read The Psychology of Money about 4 years ago so I either need to read that book again to give myself a refresher or find a Sparks note version in case this new book alludes to any references. I really loved that book many years ago (as I’m sure like everyone else in the finance community) so I’m excited to read this one.
